CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR EDUCATION COURSES

Global Mexico has the right to cancel courses at their discretion where attendance is below breaking even point, or in the event of bad weather or other such causes that would put the board or the attendees at risk.
If a course is cancelled by GLOBAL MEXICO, the registrant has the following options:
To request their payment be returned
To request that a credit be applied to their account
To receive a credit towards their next course if paying by Paypal or credit card
If a STUDENT cancels his/her registration, the following will apply:
If notice of cancellation is received in writing and confirmed at GLOBAL MEXICO (info@globalmexico.org) seven days prior to the scheduled course date, a refund will be applied (WITH A CANCELLATION FEE of $25 USD IF through PAYPAL OR $50 USD fee if bank plus wire transfer fee) At that time the registrant will have the following options:
1. To request their payment be returned
2. To receive a credit towards their next course.
a. If notice of cancellation is received by Global Mexico less than seven days prior to the scheduled course date NO REFUND of any kind will be issued, but a credit toward a future course may be granted, upon request.
